Family Tree

I decided to create a family tree to get a better idea of my family's layout and learn some more about the members. I contacted some family members and have got far more information than I need, which allowed me to create this brief family tree.

At the moment, I know a lot more about my mother's side than my father's, but with the help of some old family photos that he sent me ad a few chats, I should be able to figure out a little bit more. I colour coded the generations to make it a bit easier to differentiate between them.

My great uncle George should be sending me a more detailed family tree with information about some of the relatives, so then I should be able to add a few more members. He has details of the Chilcott side of the family going back to the 1600s, and he even found a great grandfather George who served and died in WW1 at age 19. Excerpt from an email from George Chilcott:
"This was my uncle George, elder brother of my father John Chilcott, killed at Vimy Ridge, one of the major battles of WW1, aged 18. He had volunteered at the age of 17 as he was not quite old enough to be conscripted . He gained a "fast-track" commision at Sandhurst in 1916, was sent to France with the DCLI in September, and was killed six months later at Vimy. I was named George in his honour."
After a bit of Googling, I was able to find a website page briefly describing who he was, where he came from, and his role in the war. There was even a photo of him, and I found this letter which mentions his death.
